SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING $299/MONTH

These individualized performance sessions are done in an open-gym setting and range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes up to SIX days a week depending on the client’s goals! 

 

We start by going through a full movement screen and assessment and get as much information as possible to develop a fully customized program updated monthly. Tools utilized in the individual’s program may include

  • self-myofasical release

  • stretching

  • mobility

  • sprint technique analysis

  • speed and agility

  • strength

  • power training.

The client-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 5:1 to ensure each client is getting the quality coaching and attention needed throughout each session. Semi private is ideal for athletes who wish to take their performance to the next level and individuals looking to improve their health and fitness. This program brings down the cost of training significantly so you can reach maximum results while maintaining quality individualized programming and coaching.

  4. Monthly Individualized programming

  5. Private access to TueCoach, for your personal program

  6. Regular performance testing conducted as needed

PERSONAL TRAINING $80/SESSION

Individualized performance sessions are done 1 on 1 with a Coach and are 60 minutes long.
